Stay away from This hotel!!! I booked this hotel because it was close to bio dome and the botanical garden near the Olympic stadium . This is not your average hotel and very sketchy People were smoking up at the entrance doors Checked into a smoke filled room Asked to be switched and offered a unsafe basement room With no windows and stretchy entrance leading to a unsecured door. What a fire hazard and cannot believe it’s legal for them to rent out. Refused to offer another safe and secure room. Refused to refund They provided a can to deordize the room I opened the window and it was not secured and handle was loose Turned in the air conditioner under a table Helped with the air quality a bit. The showe is an open shower in the middle of the room. Room was also dirty As we found a empty cup under the bed. Totally disgusting and worst hotel I have stayed at in montreal .

Not suitable for families, not recommended for anyone else either. Dirty rooms, extremely loud sex noises coming from different rooms, horrible experience throughout. Breakfast was advertised but not included (covid given as reason while every hotel serves it nowadays).

LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING HERE!!!! This place is absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to worst my enemy. I'm not usually one to complain but I don't ever want any one to encounter what I did at this place. For starters, our first room was on the third floor and because there were no corridors linking the hallways my boyfriend and I had to lug all of our bags up two flights of stairs several times because the receptionist gave us wrong directions to our room but this problem was nothing in the grand scheme of things. Once we finally found our room we opened the door and were suffocated by the smell of marijuana that someone had tried to mask with cheap cologne. SO, we put our bags down and after driving for 8 hours I go to get into the bed and I peel the covers back to see a literal face print of make up on the pillow including foundation, mascara, and lipstick, the whole nine yards. The further back I peeled the covers the worse it got because there were also globs of hair between the loose sheet . This tells me right away that this room was not cleaned at all. So we go down to talk to the receptionist and he asks us for our remotes and key back which is fine and he gives us a new room and apologizes. He tells us our new room is across the parking lot in the basement so we lug our stuff through the parking lot and down some more stairs. We get to our new room which is all around way nicer until I start to piece things together. Between the people next door having sex so incredibly loud(It was 3 A.M.), the mirrors all over the walls and ceiling, the what I'd assume to be illegally streamed porn on the TV(which was the first channel when I turned the TV on), and the ladies strutting around the parking lot I realized really fast that this was 110% some sort of sex hotel. Despite that fact, our new room was definitely nicer and newer but there was no door on the bathroom so you're literally using the toilet and you can be seen thanks to the many many mirrors and there's no door on the shower so when showering the entire room got soaked and that's not an exaggeration. We ended up cutting our trip in half due to how slimy we felt staying here. They screwed up our refund originally but they have since resolved it. We told them we were unhappy upon check and via email but they didn't care at all and to make matters worse, all staff was rude. Overall, this place was awful. They didn't provide water, a mini fridge, they don't have a restaurant, housekeeping never came to our room and overall this place is NASTY AND OVERPRICED

So, my husband and I decided to take an impromptu overnight to Montreal last weekend, which happened to be a very busy weekend up there with all sorts of events, so the usual places we stay were booked. This one had a few rooms, and looked nice, pricey, but we went for it. We followed the GPS to the hotel, through a pretty seedy neighborhood but the hotel looked nice. My husband went to check in and returned to the car a few minutes later with a handful of remote controls for all of the electronics in the room, this was odd, usually remotes are IN the room. We went to the room, and opened the door with a key, not a key card which I also thought was odd. We entered, the room was nice. It didn't take long to notice the mirrored ceilings. Weird but ok. We explore the room, gorgeous jacuzzi and shower, tv room, fireplace, all nice things, but then BAM a stripper pole... A FREAKING STRIPPER POLE!!! Worst, it was covered in finger and hand prints!!!! All night all I could think was this was a hotel specifically designed to party and screw in. It was kind of unsettling, and porn streamed on the TV from a computer desktop throughout the hotel, without warning, just clicking through channels BOOM several porn channels back to back. Thank god I didn't bring my children! The hotel did have some things were not completely unsettling though, the shower was nice, the Jacuzzi was nice though slow to fill, the surround sound was awesome, the mirrored ceilings were interesting, and shocking when you wake up seeing yourself. The hotel all around was nice, but clearly designed to be used for something a bit "more" than a romantic getaway. I thought of this as a place you have a bachelor party, an affair, or hook up with a prostitute. We probably won't be staying there again.

Our family of 4 stayed here last night while attending the Blue Jays game at Olympic Stadium. I was a bit worried after I booked reading some of the reviews on here but I also know that no matter what people like to complain so I went in with an open mind. This place was terrific, the check-in process was very smooth and the man who checked us in was friendly and spoke English with no issues. Our room was on the first floor, yes you get an actual key to access your room but that's no big deal, the double queen room was very clean and spacious and had a mini fridge. Contrary to previous reviews I can say that yes the bathroom has a door, the glass shower is very modern looking and no you can't see in the shower from the bedroom area and there was no smell of smoke in the room. The wifi is great and you have several to choose from and the free breakfast in the morning was very good with eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes among other items. I would definitely stay here again and we walked around the area a few times and felt totally safe, as a bonus there is a Tim Horton's 1 block away. Free parking is always nice and it's rare from a hotel these days.
